Professional Biography

Rachel Bryant joined the Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition as the Program Coordinator, bringing a wealth of experience and passion for culinary arts and nutrition to the role. With a diverse background in food science, dietetics, and culinary management, she is dedicated to enriching students' educational journeys with practical and engaging experiences that will provide invaluable knowledge for their future career paths.

 

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition with a concentration in Dietetics and a minor in Environmental Health Science from Eastern Kentucky University. She also earned an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from Sullivan University.
