Professional Biography
Faith Yi Park joined the Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition in 2023 as Staff Support to assist the Business Office in general clerical, administrative, and maintenance tasks. Now she also plays a role in payroll, IT, and travel management.
She is originally from Los Angeles, California and is falling in love with Kentucky. She's checking items off her bucket list such as rock climbing in the Red River Gorge, participating in a CSA farm share, and adopting three guinea pigs named Juniper, Celeste, and Pearl. She likes to spend her time writing poetry, reading about food, playing video games, and traveling with her husband. She is always looking for recommendations of local restaurants, non-fiction books, and nature spots to explore.
