Professional Biography
Erin Spencer joined the Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition in January 2025 as a Marketing and Promotions Specialist Senior. She oversees all internal and external communications within DHN such as social media, email newsletters, media requests, graphic design, and more.
A Lexington native, Erin received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Clemson University in May of 2024. Prior to working at the University of Kentucky, she has background in creative strategy, writing, hospitality, and client relations.
Erin is thrilled to be back in Lexington and enjoys exploring with friends and family.
