Professional Biography
Erin Spencer joined the Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition in January 2025 as a Marketing and Promotions Specialist, working in both the department and the Food as Health Alliance.
A Lexington native, Erin received her BA in Communication from Clemson University in May of 2024. With a background in social media, writing, and graphic communication, she is excited to promote and support the department and the FAHA.
