Professional Biography
Abigail Shepherd joined the Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition in October of 2024 as Staff Support to assist the Business Office in general clerical, administrative, and maintenance tasks.
She is from a small town just South of Lexington called Burgin. Abigail loves country music, her dog named Spice, and hiking. Fueled by a passion for nature and adventure, she dreams of visiting all the U.S. National Parks.
Abigail went to the University of Kentucky and received her Bachelor's of Science in Equine Science and Management in December of 2023.
