Professional Biography
Cordell Costar joined the Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition in 2023 as an Administrative Services Assistant. He assists with financial tasks, website management, and general administrative support.
Cordell is passionate about using his past experiences with UK’s Family and Consumer Sciences Extension and in food service procurement to support the department’s students, staff, and faculty.
